St. Paddy’s Day Bash at the Baja Brewing Co.

Patrick was a Saint, and in Cabo they know how to celebrate his day – with a Mexican twist. The Baja Brewing Co.’s annual St. Patrick’s Day Bash will be bigger and better than ever in 2012.

Start your evening with a special classic Irish menu including a Corned Beef and Cabbage platter, served with their own Heavy Stout Irish Soda Bread and Green Butter, Spinach and Herbs. The meal also features Rustic Potatoes, Carrots and Onions. The Irish dinner is completed by Bailey’s Irish Cream Cheesecake with Kiwi and Mango sauces for dessert.

This very special Irish dinner is only $250 pesos and dinner is served starting at 6:00 pm. Reservations for this highly anticipated meal are encouraged. If that doesn’t get those Irish eyes smiling, nothing will.

Drink specials for the evening include Mexican Car-Bombs, Shillelagh’s and of course – Green Beer! Come to the rooftop and celebrate with authentic live Irish and Gaelic music throughout the day and into the night. The Green Beer will flow the the Great River Shannon!
