Cabo Villas Beach Resort and Spa in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico has added five additional wireless antennas, in addition to other upgrades to their wireless systems to help guests stay connected while on vacation.
The five new antennas have almost doubled the speed of the wireless Internet at the resort. All guests at the resort will receive 15 free minutes of Internet access each day. For those staying who may need more than 15 minutes, unlimited access can be purchased for as little as $19 a day.
“It isn’t easy to find Internet this fast in Cabo San Lucas,” said Jed Erickson, the resort’s owner. “We are excited to be able to offer this service to people staying at Cabo Villas.”
The wireless system doesn’t just include Internet access. It also allows guests to purchase daily or weekly access to receive free digital roaming, SMS, texts and long distance calls to the United States, Mexico and Canada.
Guests can also stay connected with hotel staff and order room service from a smart phone free of charge. As an added bonus, visitors can take advantage of special daily promotions that are only available online through the access.
